Split and re-assemble documents
Documents can be divided according to fixed pages, changing field contents, logical criteria or recognizing the layout change. Documents can be split and then put together again, on fields with different sorting and structure.
PDF info-, search- / anchor fields
Can be filled with a fixed text or data read from the document information. Fields can be positioned and read from an absolute position, or via a search function, relative to anchor fields.
Stationery and eMail template
Possible Overlay and Underlay of PDF stationery. Different letterheads can be controlled und used by conditions out of the document content. Recognizing and reading e-mail addresses from the document. Subject and content are preconfigured and can be enriched via field contents. Fixed attachments are assignable.
Parallel and scheduled processing
With sufficient resources, and a high volume of documents, several parallel processing processor can be configured and operated. By default, newly added files are immediately detected and processed. However, there is also the scheduling – in minute intervals, daily at a certain time or with specified date / time.

The products are installed as a DEMO version at the workplace and can be tested with all functions for 30 days. Afterwards, the software must be activated as a full version, otherwise a DEMO stamp will be applied to the generated documents.
The products are licensed according to your order for the workstation, terminal server or server.
The licenses are tied to the workplace where it was activated first. Licenses can be transferred.
When you purchase a full license, you will receive access data from the ProductActivationManager and activate your DEMO version as a full version. The activation key is called via a server installed in our house and accessible via the Internet.
